Today you are met on arrival by your local guide who will transfer you to your hotel and brief you on your program for the next days. It’s about a 45 minute drive to your hotel in the city. On arrival you check in to your hotel and rest of the day is free at leisure.

Overnight: Bangkok

Today you are met by your guide who will take you on a tour through Bangkok by local transportation.

We will start to visit the famous Wat Pho with its massive golden reclining Buddha. Your guide will be able to explain more about the religion that covers this region. Wat Pho is also known as the Home of Thai Massage, as the training
center here is world renowned for its levels of excellence. Its then into a local tuk tuk, for an exhilarating transfer to the Grand Palace. The Palace is the royal and religious heart of the country, with the revered Jade Buddha taking pride of place next to the Royal Coronation Rooms.

After that, you will return back to the hotel – your afternoon and evening is free at leisure, but your guide will be available to advise you on options.

Overnight: Bangkok

This morning you will join the tour to Kanchanaburi – you will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to Kanchanaburi province, about 130 km. to the west of Bangkok.

First visit Thailand–Burma Railway Centre an interactive museum, information and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand–Burma Railway. The fully air-conditioned centre offers the visitor an educational
and moving experience. Visit Allied War Cemetery, resting-place for more than 6,000 Allied prisoners of war (POWs). Then continue to see the world-famous Bridge over the River Kwai, a part of Death Railway constructed by Allied POWs.
Arrive at Hin Tok River Camp, Check–in and enjoy your lunch.

After lunch, you will be visiting the Hellfire Pass Memorial Museum which is dedicated to those Australians and other Allied Prisoners of War and Asian labourers who suffered and died at Hellfire Pass and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region during WW2. Trekking along the Hellfire Pass Walking Trails and return to Hintok River Camp in the late afternoon where you will have a chance to get on a mountain bike to visit a village or farm nearby the camp.

Here you get to sleep under canvas for the night, but don’t worry, your luxury tent comes with ensuite facilities, electricity and of course air-con!

Overnight: Bangkok

Early morning you can bike across a hanging bridge to the temple for offering food to monks and return to the camp for breakfast.

After that, check out and take a long–tailed boat to get River Kwai Jungle Rafts to visit the ethnic Mon Tribal Village (Optional tours: Elephant Ride). Enjoy lunch and then continue to check in to your raft room for the night.
The afternoon is free for you to relax or take a ‘river jump’. Lifejackets are provided in each guestroom. You can simply jump from one end of the floating hotel and float along down the river and climb up at other end.

Dinner, followed by a 45-minute presentation of Mon Dance. Overnight at the raft hotel.

Overnight: Kanchanaburi

This morning we take a ride on the famous ‘Death Railway’ sections of which were built by the POWs held here during WW2. Following a local lunch set off for Bangkok Airport where you will take a flight to the north of Thailand, Chiang Rai.
Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel for check in. Rest of the evening is free at leisure.

Overnight: Chiang Rai

This morning we take time to visit the spectacular ‘White Temple’ a modern masterpiece that is still under construction that will be cherished for centuries to come. We visit a Hilltribe Centre, where you have the chance to learn about how 5 of the main hilltribes live, including the famous ‘long neck’ Karen tribe. You then board a longtail boat for an exhilarating ride on the Kok River, passed tea plantations and orange groves.

Its then back to the vehicles for the drive to Chiang Mai where on arrival you check in to your hotel. In the late evening, your guide will take you for a walk in the famous night market so you can try your hand at bargaining

Today you are picked up at your hotel to experience Chiang Mai in two very different ways.

First up today is a relaxing bamboo rafting down on the river to discover the beauty of the nature of the North, a trip that ends at a wonderful orchid farm where you can enjoy the view of the flower symbol of Thailand. After that you will be continuing with the cultural experience of Chiang Mai – we will bring you to visit Doi Suthep, the famous temple in Chiang Mai, standing on top of a mountain like a sentinel looking at the city below. If you are lucky, you will be able to listen to the monks chanting. You then return to your hotel where the rest of the evening is free.

Overnight: Chiang Mai

Today you can design your day fully to your likes and enjoy it at leisure.

In the late afternoon, we will pick you up and transfer you to the train station where you will board an overnight train to Bangkok.

This early morning you will be arriving to Bangkok train station. Once you get there, our driver will be waiting for you and transfer you to Hua Hin, where you will spend the next days on the beach.

Arrival in Hua Hin / Cha Am and check in to your hotel – rest of the day is at leisure.

Enjoy your days at leisure in Hua Hin / Cha Am.

Today you will be transferred from Hua Hin back to Bangkok Airport for your departure flight
